Physician and medical specialist time is scheduled and managed by appointment and, as such, missed appointments and late cancellations leave a gap in the schedule that could have been used to see another patient.
Patients are required to give at least 24 hours notice if unable to make an appointment. Notice can be given by email to patientrelations@sacentre.ca or by calling 905 787-5757.
