Dr. Charles Kwong completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Toronto. He has been practising Family Medicine in Scarborough for over 30 years. He assists in surgeries regularly in hospital as well. He is an active staff at the Scarborough Health Network.
Prior to his medical studies, Dr. Kwong completed his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. He was a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada and did post-graduate studies and research at the University of Toronto Electrical Engineering Faculty in collaboration with the Institute of Biomedical Engineering.
