Leading edge plastic surgery for reconstructive, cosmetic and restorative purposes

The Plastic Surgery clinic at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre provides plastic surgical services for a variety of clinical and cosmetic reasons. The practice, run by Dr. Atul Kasarwani, is located in a brand new state-of-the-art facility, steps away from a wide range of other specialized clinics, including pain management, wound care, plastic surgery operating rooms, and other services that can support patient recovery after their plastic surgery.

People get plastic surgery for a host of reasons, whether medical, functional or cosmetic. Plastic surgery can help repair damage to the skin caused by burns and injury, restore lost bodily function due to trauma or birth defects (congenital issues), or remove both benign or concerning skin lesions. In some cases, plastic surgery is clinically-necessary and in other cases it is purely elective. Whatever the reason, Schroeder Ambulatory Centre’s Plastic Surgery clinic provides convenient, high quality and compassionate care for patients in a state-of-the-art environment that puts their needs first.

Our Plastic Surgery clinic offers non-surgical solutions including chemical peels, Botox injections, dermal fillers, reconstructive consults and referrals for full operative plastic surgery also provided at the Centre.

Important information for Plastic Surgery clinic patients

This clinic does not perform surgical interventions: plastic surgery is available at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre by referral from this clinic.

Some plastic surgery services are elective and, therefore, not covered by OHIP. Reconstructive procedures may require physician referral. In any case, our physicians will provide you clear and objective information to make decisions about your treatment. If you have any questions, please reach out to our patient services team.

When you arrive at the Centre, you will check in with our patient support team on the 5th floor (L5). All of our clinics are also located on the 5th floor (L5), and are fully accessible by elevators located both near the main entrance and where you enter from the parking garage.

Our friendly patient support staff are happy to help with any mobility issues you may have, or just to help you find your way around. If you need any additional support, please mention so when you book your appointment or when you check in at the desk!
