Clinical Program Referrals
Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is now accepting physician referrals for a variety of clinical services. Clinical referrals can be made through OceanMD, fax, or email.

Referrals accepted by Ocean or Fax. If you have questions about referrals, you can email clinics@sacentre.ca or call us at 905.787.5757. Please note that we do not accept referrals by phone or by email.
Diagnostic Imaging Referrals
Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is now accepting physician referrals for a CT and MRI services. We are currently unable to accept referrals for procedures requiring general anesthesia or IV conscious sedation, patients under 16 years of age, or patients with known prior contrast reactions.
