Specialized Geriatrics and Internal Medicine clinic services to support healthy aging and adult health management
The Geriatrics and Internal Medicine clinic at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre provides a comprehensive range of non-surgical services to older adults and patients with complex or chronic medical conditions. Led by leading Gerontologist Dr. Fabio Varlese, the clinic provides a variety of outpatient care programs for patients managing cognitive, physical, and multi-system health concerns, as well as compassionate supports for caregivers. Our goal is to help patients maintain independence, improve quality of life, and receive timely, personalized care in a collaborative setting.
Appointments are available in person, virtually or by phone.
