Urology Clinic services using the latest and most advanced treatments and technology

The Urology Clinic at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre, led by Dr. Dean Elterman, provides comprehensive urological care at state-of-the-art medical facility. Co-located with a range of other specialized clinics, the Urology Clinic is staffed by a compassionate expert team dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

People experiencing urological issues often feel embarrassed or shameful—but they are extremely common! Our team goes out of their way to make patients feel as comfortable as possible from the moment they step through the door to their last appointment.

Patients suffering from urinary or erectile issues, testosterone-based mood or fatigue, or other related health concerns will receive comprehensive and personalized care in a dignified setting designed to meet patients’ every need. Where laboratory tests or diagnostic imaging is required, those services are available on-site, as are referrals to other physician specialists located just steps away on the same floor.

Important information for Urology Clinic patients

You may be asked to bring a completed “bladder diary” to your appointment. If your physician requests this, our patient support team will walk you through what’s needed.

When you arrive at the Centre, you will check in with our patient support team on the 5th floor (L5). All of our clinics are also located on the 5th floor (L5), and are fully accessible by elevators located both near the main entrance and where you enter from the parking garage.

Our friendly patient support staff are happy to help with any mobility issues you may have, or just to help you find your way around. If you need any additional support, please mention so when you book your appointment or when you check in at the desk!
