Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is licensed to provide orthopedic hip replacement surgery and is now accepting referrals.
The Centre provides OHIP-covered hip replacement surgery performed by leading surgeons who also work at major public hospitals. Our surgeons, overseen by Dr. Lu, use the most advanced techniques and medical equipment to operate on patients suffering from chronic arthritis of the hip or knee, making it possible for the procedure to be done quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to their daily lives.
Our hip replacement surgery teams use cutting-edge AI-assisted surgical tools and robotics to deliver fast, high quality hip replacements that allow patients to recover quickly, without staying overnight. Patients will benefit from holistic supports throughout the whole process, including post-surgical access to digital tools to support their recovery, and stay connected to their care team. Our specialized clinics, located in the same building, will support patients in need of additional help with pain management, wound care, ageing-related issues and more.
