The Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose and Throat) clinic at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is led by Dr. John Lee, and is located in a brand new state-of-the-art medical facility alongside a range of other specialized clinics, surgery rooms and diagnostic imaging services. Patients suffering from a wide variety of conditions involving the ears, nose, throat and neck will receive compassionate care from an interdisciplinary team of experts using the latest and most advanced medical technology.

Our clinic specializes in convenient outpatient care, including audiology and vestibular diagnostics. Where patients require other specialized care as part of their treatment plan, multi-disciplinary assessment with our local clinics for pain management, neurology, geriatrics and more are just steps away. Outpatient surgical and diagnostic imaging services are also available on-site, providing a smooth and easy-to-navigate patient experience from the moment a patient first walks through the door through to their last visit.

Important information for Otololaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery clinic patients

A referral from a physician is required to make an appointment at this clinic. If you don’t have a family doctor, you can request an appointment at our primary care clinic, located in the same building.

When you arrive at the Centre, you will check in with our patient support team on the 5th floor (L5). All of our clinics are also located on the 5th floor (L5), and are fully accessible by elevators located both near the main entrance and where you enter from the parking garage.

Our friendly patient support staff are happy to help with any mobility issues you may have, or just to help you find your way around. If you need any additional support, please mention so when you book your appointment or when you check in at the desk!
