Schroeder Ambulatory Centre has received conditional licensing under the ICHSC Act to provide MRI and CT scans.
These services are expected to begin in early 2026, following completion of accreditation requirements.
Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is proud to soon be able to provide access to one of only a few standing (weight bearing) CTs in the province, which are specifically designed to provide maximum comfort and accessibility for patients undergoing orthopedic procedures—and the highest quality imaging.
The Centre is also in the process of acquiring required licensing to provide X-ray and Ultrasound services, with launch of these services planned for early 2026.

Healthcare Partners
Alongside these future licensed services, Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is currently formalizing partnerships with public hospitals which will enable use of the Centre’s advanced medical imaging equipment to reduce wait times for potentially lifesaving diagnostics. Within this service delivery model, our hospital partners (subject to approval from the Ministry of Health), operate under their quality oversight at the Centre, benefiting from its state-of-the-art infrastructure and enabling them to focus their resources on providing more complex care.
Together with a comprehensive suite of surgeries and procedures, specialized clinical services, perioperative support and primary care, Schroeder Ambulatory Centre will provide a high volume of outpatient care that improves people’s quality of life in a convenient and accessible setting designed to meet their complete needs.
