Dr. Mitra Mahdavi-Mazdeh is an internist with extensive experience in the care of adults with complex medical conditions. She completed her training in internal medicine and nephrology and has served as a professor of medicine in her home country, with many years of experience in patient care and medical education. Dr. Mahdavi-Mazdeh has successfully completed Canadian medical board examinations and currently practices in Ontario. She has a special interest in nephrology, with a particular focus on chronic kidney disease, as well as geriatric medicine and the comprehensive management of chronic illnesses. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centred care, with special attention to the medical needs of older adults. Dr. Mahdavi-Mazdeh works closely with patients and their families to develop individualized care plans aimed at improving health, function, and quality of life.
